ICMPD programme in Tunisia and Morocco

An EU deal in 2019 provided almost 20 million EUR in radar, undersea, and airborne drones, as well as other tech devices to Morocco and Tunisia in the "The Border Management Programme for the Maghreb." The programme also provided training to government officials and coast guard authorities to be used along migration routes.
